国外护生人文素养艺术教学方式的研究进展(3)

3 小 结

国外在护理教育中以艺术为基础的教学策略主要有4种，即数字叙事、视觉艺术、文化艺术、娱乐电影[27]。学生通过这些形式加强了与实践的联系，增强了学习的互动性，找到了艺术的沟通和表达形式。教学评价将定量和定性有机结合[19]，提高了专业洞察力、对他人的敏感性、同理心、移情学习等情感表达能力；增强了其发散性思维、创作能力、发现与解决问题的应对策略；扩充了其社交技能、文化认同；减轻了其压力、焦虑、抑郁和愤怒情绪，促进了心理健康。为国内护理学生人文素养教学提供了很好的方法，为教学实践提供了更多的证据，但以上研究定量评价中的研究样本量最多者为267例，相对于国内护理专业教学样本量较小，干预方法模糊，未叙述具体的步骤，尚有待于深入探索，为国内护理艺术教学提供研究方向。
